I think you can wait more then 4 - 5 hours for an answer. Support team here are working Voluntarily, they are not "servants" or are not bound to answer to your questions.
You also need to specify where actually the problem is.. When I go to your link:

What's the problem, you deleted your theme? Just create a new theme and it's automatically default.

Wait, did you delete the /theme directory or the default theme? Also, sorry for being so silly - I forgot to explain how to fix the problem.

All you have to do is create a new template set & theme, then assign the template set to the theme. It's automatically a default theme, so just set that as your board's default style and you're good to go.
