How do you export a language Pack?? It's for a custom theme.
You have to grab the files from the server. They're in /inc/languages/. For example, if you were to download the English language pack, you would have to grab /english/ and english.php.
Oh ok. That'd be a good feature for MyBB: Exporting Language Files.
