I try to Upgrade MyBB from 1.6 to 1.6.1 but i cant choose 1.6 as current version.

ect. but 1.6 isn´t in the drop down menue, so what sould i do?

You've not uploaded the new files properly. Make sure the new files have overwritten the old ones.

No, you need to upload the new files to be able to run the upgrade, how else is it going to know what to actually do for the upgrade...

ok now it won´t upgrade to 1.6.1 only to 1.6
