also how can i make user thread to be get verified before get displayed
means i want the user thread must me get verified before posting and it will only publish when i approved it form my mod or admin panel
When creating a new forum/editing a forum, check the box that says "Yes, moderate new threads".
You will need to do this for all forums you want to have moderation required.

Yes, every thread made in that forum will have to be approved by you until it is visible.
