I saw in some forums that when i try to access some forums it says :

Access Error
You do not have the required posts (100) to enter this forum

Is this a plugin ? If so where can i get it ?

How do i even download i ?

Probably, this system is no longer active. I think you've to contact to "Nickman" to earn "donated" MyBux to be able to download.
