I found it a little frustrating that when I copied a thread with a poll, because it was very similar to the new thread, to then edit it, I couldn't vote in the poll again even after setting the vote values to 0. It would be nice if there was a plugin to simply reset any voting data to 0, making it as if the poll had just been created.
ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Select Group > Forums & Posts > and tick "Can undo votes in polls?" in "Poll Options".
In this way, that group will be able to change there polls after voting.
I think he wants every groups data on that poll to be reset, so they can vote again, but to have the administrator reset it.
I like this idea too, so I wrote a plugin that allows for poll resetting by mods and admins and have just submitted it to the mods site. You'll be able to download it when it's validated.
That so quick Starpaul20
I was in middle of this plugin
That's great news. I look forward to it.
I'm using 1.4x myself for the time being, but I'm guessing the version number can probably be changed for a mod like this.
Thanks a lot, I'll give it a try tomorrow.
Aw, blast it. Like every plugin it is incompatible with 1.4x, or so it says.
Oh well, it wasn't a huge issue for me. I hope others find it useful, and thanks for making it.
