I do not understand.

Do you not see the little circle in the picture I posted?

That's weird. I don't see the circle, only the little comma thing above the letters.

Jondan, are you using a multi-language keyboard? Maybe Arabic or Urdu?

I think he is using Persian installed on his computer. Not sure though That's why only end users (like me, other then Jondan) can see a comma like thing above the letters.
