I want to create MyBB skins and give them away for free.

However, I want to have my own website where I'll be able upload all the skins I've created, and put them onto the site for anybody to download.

Is that allowed?

you can so that, but you wont be able to advertise them here via posts in the release forum. you can have a simple link in your sig to your site, but that is about it.

if you want to 'release' your themes here, then you have to upload them to the mods site
