i am facing this issue, what to do?

Its host issue, either Refresh your page, or contact to your host. There is nothing error with MyBB itself.
its happens once in a month, due to server load will that happens??
It's an issue with your host, and I'm assuming it happens when your board gets a high amount of traffic. You should contact them, look at getting a better plan, or possible a new host.
