I've just created this for my own MyBB Forum, check my signature to see it in action.

This will let you give each new forum you create different icon images named like this: f-1.gif, f-2.gif, f-3.gif.

Back-up these 3 templates listed below (to be on the safe side) before making any changes to them. Then follow these 3 steps below, replace the code in them with the code I've listed.
