What that error means, is that the script stopped for whatever reason before it returned any output to the web server.
Have you changed the file index.php from the original file you downloaded from here?

no, i did everything exactly under the instruction. i tried another forumware on the server too but same problem occured.
i contacted my host and they told me that since the e-cheque that i paid them has not arrive in thier acount yet, some of the php and perl modules are not functional.
i think i 'll just wait, Paypal usually takes like 1 week.
