I'm probably not the first one with this idea, so it's probably been brought up before. But I think in order for users to get support here, they should be required to put their forum URL in the "website" profile field. This will allow staff to check if the user is complying with your support eligibility, but will also eliminate the need for the question "What's your URL?". (Which is asked over 3 times a day) What's everyone's opinion on this?
