How do you make it so that users can only add +1 Reputation at a time? I don't want them to be adding +2.

admincp > users and groups > groups > registered > options > edit group > users and permissions > "Points to Award / Take Away"

Go to your admin CP, edit the 'registered' group, then click the users and permissions tab and change the value in "Points to award or take away".
