I have a problem in my forum.
all users and guests have an IP.

How to repair it??

When I view "users online" page.
I see that all IP are a number.

You're not being very clear. Do you mean its the same number?

URL? Screenshot? I think that would help explain it better.

also, I am not sure but I guess do not google index my site from today morning.

I had the same issue when my server was behind a proxy server. I think you should check with your provider, or your network administrator.

Do not worry, Google updates their index regularly.

How to understand that a site is on ignore list or no??

I don't entirely understand what you mean.

Go to google and type site:yoursite.com

If any webpages of your website isn't there, then you are banned or you recently submitted your site. There's also a chance you became temporarily sandboxed.
