hello sir i want to know if i transfer my script from one hosting site to another . i want to keep all threads ,forums , plugins , setting and every thing please help me

Download the files from the current host.
Export (or backup) the database.
Upload the files at the new host. Edit inc/config.php file to update the database details
Import the database at the new host.
If your domain is going to change, edit inc/settings.php file to update the domain and cookie settings there and once you login to admincp change your domain stuff there as well.
