Did you removed Uninstall.php file from ./inc/plugins/ folder ?

I don't understand how people can get that error when adding this code, but if it's still saying Restricted access you must have something edited in a core file somewhere... go to ACP > Tools & Maintenance > File Verification > does it say any files have been edited??

Right, can you download all the files in the ./inc/plugins/ folder to your computer, and then just delete everything from the plugins folder, and see if it still shows the error then??
that solved the error, but i need some of those plugins, how do we know wich is the bad plugin?
I'm pretty sure that 95% of the plugins you had in that folder were not even MyBB plugins, more like SMF plugins you tried to install in MyBB.

Stick to getting them from the mods site, and making sure they're 1.6 supported before you even download.
