You would have to write here your plugin idea, features you would like to include and your budget etc. I'm sure no one here would go to PM or contact to you from another site.

Actually he has contacted me two hours back, but had an strange request. ( I don't want to disclose that unless the OP decide whether it should be OK for me to write that in here. )
