All i asking is to look at the templates if he don't want to give out admin details then he can post the templates here for us to look at the 2 i noticed is usercp and member_profile from the screen shots.

Still doesn't work ohh well looks like I will just be re-designing or something thanks again for whoever TRIED to help.

If you gave someone admi access they may be able to fix it for you but that's up to you i can't seem to see anything wrong with the templates.
have you added and plugins or made any custom edits to templates.

So what makes you think if I gave you the info you would be looking for, and you still cannot figure it out what makes you think having access will? If you think something is wrong / know a way to fix please enlighten me, as I would LOVE to learn the problem for future knowing.

No plugins, and yes of course custom edits in the theme NOT templates edits though.

What version of mybb are you using and ry reverting the templates if it gives you the option.
