To code a SQL/PHP system for me, obviously paid. Support for a year. No PM's, because i have people IRL/MSN/etc already in contact, i'm just handing it off to the people who are actually running this program. I'm just sending people i feel comfortable to recomend.
What type of system ? CMS or any thing else ?
The most i can give is its is a work database for pulling up information on various entries. The database would contain around 20,000 entries.

Really at this point i can't disclose. Its a sersious offer i can try to explain like this.
People are entered with their skills
Users of the system can pull the users up
enter if they did anything that day,
and notes on the user.
Thats as basic as i can publicly release.
BTW this is a paid job.
