i got a HTML special character in IE but not in FIRE FOX so my GUI is broken. how can i remove it.

Uhm, what does notepad have to do with a browser?

it just a tool to view html source , it does nothing. The special character display differenly in order IDE

Oh yeah, I forgot that IE viewed the source in Notepad. Does the character show up on the web page? If it doesn't you can leave it, it won't affect anything.

It looks fine in IE9 and FF3.

yes but the problem apear on ie 7 FF is alway good fine ^^. i try ob_clean() many way, places but the damp charater still there.

problem solve without reason why )

i solve problem by adding ob_clean() functions.php on output_page() right before out put. If it doesnt work in some case just add ob_start(); at the top. Any better idea ?
