No server is completely safe unless it has the necessary security protection software installed.

Chances are it's nothing you can do anything about. If they're doing something to the servers, you're not going to be able to do anything to stop that.
My host is a free host.
I have it from 4 months ago but It had not any problem.
These problems is available from 2 days ago for me
Then you'll need to ask them about it. If it's a free host, things like this can happen.

I have absolutely no idea Jondan, as I am not your host. I have no idea why it is there, or what it does. Your host will know, as they're the ones who put it there, so ask them if it is necessary or not.
