I deleted admin what did ı do?i cant login please help me

My english is very bad..sorry.
i didnt delete . i give admins "dont show admincp" and i m admin and i cant login admincp.Where i open "show admincp all admins" ? did you understant?

I understand that you have removed the permission "Can Access Admin CP" for the Administrators group, And you are not able to login into the Admin CP because you dont have any permissions.

For that reason, the possible fix is to go to your PHPMyAdmin > mybb_usergroups.
Find the Administrators group or where the gid is 4. edit it changing the cancp into yes

Yes i yesterday changed admins grups"dont see admincp"

Yes i did your says but now i cant login and cant see admincp too
