I think it looks quite nice, but a few things:

The domain ending with .info is not great, really most people prefer .com or country specific (like if it was a uk forum then .co.uk)

The logo doesn't say the name, it looks like a placeholder

You should join together some categories like the lounge and forum fun. Also considering removing finances as it is probably quite a small topic. You might also want to considering moving all of the forum information, suggestions and news to the bottom - if people visit they want to see the real content.

But I think it looks nice and good luck.

Solidus, in the theme credits it says the credit is allowed to be removed, download it and see for yourself if you're that bothered.
