Upload the contents to your website root.
There is an installation guide in the wiki, I would link it but I'm on my phone.
In reply to your PM... I would not recommend using Yahoo hosting at all. They're not a good host and other people have had problems with them, I think the only offer PHP 4 too which means you won't be able to use MyBB on it anyway.
