Yes, I know where Plugin Manager is but which exactly I should choice?

Find the Spoiler Code plugin and click "Activate"

The one that says "Spoiler Text" ? Put your finger on the screen ( where it says "Spoiler Text", you can use ctrl+f [ search function, search after "spoiler" ( without the quotes ! ) ] ) and move slowly to the right. If your finger is above the button "Activate" Press it! then the plugin will get activated ...

Ohh I don't have Spoiler code plugin in my Admin CP.

Did you FTP it into the correct folder? I think it is /inc/plugins/
