Is there a auto filled text where users can just answer

hello friends,i just wanted to ask u,whether there is an custom text boxes that can be added to a post where users can just answer the questions...i mean like the support ticket of phpbb.

plzz help,i am building a slambook for my forum.it would help me a lot.
