So I want to put my self into all the user groups I want... Besides the ban groups? A way how 2?

Add them as additional usergroups in the ACP...

No need for the language... ACP > Users & Groups > **choose user** > Options > Edit Profile & Settings > Profile tab > Additional User Groups > choose the ones you want. I'm sure you'd have found this if you spent a minute or two looking for it, the only place it'd be is on the page to edit a user...

You hold Ctrl to select multiple groups.

It specifically says in the description to hold Ctrl.
