If your site uses Cpanel my webhost can transfer you for free over to our server.

And, take a backup of your forum database from:
Admin > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups > New Backup > (select settings and begin backup) > Download it
Then just backup your website files, and upload them to your new webhost.
