Hiya
1. Detailed Description
Signatures aren't visible. Toggling them on or off in the User CP doesn't allow them to display.

a screenshot showing signatures not displaying is kinda silly...so I'll skip this one.
EDIT: Looks like it is a theme error...I've enabled a few other themes and signatures appeared. Sorry to waste time.
