Hello.

I have like 1 million user's, and when I install a plugins like "awards", it time's out due to sheer amount of user's and profile's it has to load it on.

How can I change the 'max plugin timeout', if you get what I mean.

Cheers. Cool
Are you talking about the server timing out? I've never heard of a plugin "timing out".
Perhaps.
It goes to this:
MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2002 - Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Also, How can I remove around 600,000 member's?
I don't care who, just anyone.

You going to delete 600,000 members because your awards plugin in not working correctly? lol

Basically lol.

It's not like there real members. Cool
that error message is not related to timing out, that is a simple mysql connection error.

if it was a time out problem you could try setting the PHP variable max_execution_time or whatever it is called to a higher value.

but since those users are all fake, then just delete them.

Yeah,

Delete those fake members.

They become obvious when the legitimate members wonder why 99.999% of your members never post.

this all could've been avoided if you'd simply never opened a forum. consider that in the future.
