Is it possible to make a plugin that allow the users a limit of time to edit their posts without the presence of that legend 'Last modified by...'

I mean, after creating a new thread or posting a reply, the user can have a certain amount of time to make any changes to the post without the appearance of that legend on the modified message. After that time, if the post is modified the legend will appear.

Uh, you saved my time Katib, because I was going to make this plugin. I didn't know it already existed.
