What i must do if i want reputation is improving days by days ??? I don't want to be REP+ 
I also knew that there had a plugin name Rep Power, but it didn't work....

I'll try to look into it, but not sure when to release as I've too many works currently. Meanwhile, you may use Rep Power. It should work.
