Full Version: Initial Theme Download went sour!

I downloaded a copy of "Ajdija.com v3 Public" and thought that was the theme I was installing...

Yet, when the forum went live, the default theme was loaded...

I tried to download the theme again using the URL option and it would not download!

You can see what I have at: http://www.theseniorforums.com/forum/

I am open to any and all suggestions...

Thank you in advance for your help!

Bob Newton
When you go to the themes section, do you see the ajdija theme listed? If it is listed, then set it as default and force it on all users. If you can't see it there then you need to reinstall it by downloading it again

Three follow-up questions...

1.) Can I use the url you gave me for the download?

2.) When I originally made my first FTP, I chmod'ed a number of files...
will I have to do this again?

3.) If I have to do #2... Can I do it after I force the theme, so I know it will work?

I look forward to your reply,

Thank you

I have downloaded the theme again...

When I FTP the upload file, it appears to be empty...

Is there any way that that can be checked?

Maybe I am better off trying a different theme!

1. Yes you can use the URL I gave you to download the theme, its on the mod site.

2. If you correctly chmoded the first time, you will not have to do it again.

What program are you using to unzip the theme? I just downloaded it and checked it has all the required files in it. Try using winrar to unzip the file if you're having problems.
Also follow the instructions as outlined in the installation.txt file in the theme or check out this wiki article on how to install themes:
