Are you sure your css is there? And you've had no misconfiguration?

Your forum's main domain is *domain*.tk right?
If you just newly installed the forums,I recommend you re-installing it,from what I can see is that you messed with some config/plugins and some sort of CSS
Did you upgraded your forum from 1.4 ? If so, you didn't uploaded the files properly / completely.
1. Are you using Javascript Logout Confirmation plugin?? Either remove it or update it to the latest version. Also, you'll then need to revert your headerinclude template.

2. Are you using any plugins related to reputation??
Your headerinclude template is messed up, you've got code for 'logout_confirmation' 165 times...

It's not that they've not uploaded the files, they've not run the upgrade script. Obviously they've got the new files as it's looking for a column that's in 1.6...
yes i did use the logout confirmation thingy i also reuploaded a few files to original version because they where messing up

i reuploaded these 2 files too their original version

global.php
and
reputation.php
As I said above, the problem here is that you've not run the upgrade script or your forum hasn't been upgraded properly, the column it's saying is missing was added in 1.6.

Also you're not getting an error because ./inc/init.php doesn't exist...
well i did not upgrade my forum at all and i just deleted it and am going to have to work 10 hours uploading all layouts and plugins again if it does not work this time i am never using this script again
That's what we are saying, you didn't run the upgrade script. To run it, simple type this URL;

http://yourdomain.com/yourforum/install/upgrade.php

And follow the options. You can take a look here too to acknowledge how upgrade processes: http://wiki.mybb.com/index.php/Upgrading
