i think it would be cool if someone made a question asking plugin/mod like myyearbook.com has. You can go to their profile and it will have a field to ask questions. When someone ask you a question it will send you a message in PM saying you have one. Then their is a place to view questions and answer them. Like if someone sent me one asking how has your day been it would come to me in a PM and have a link to where i can answer this question. When i answer this question it will send them a PM with a answer

is their one of these or can someone make it?

... why don't you just PM them rather than wasting time going through extra steps to accomplish the exact same thing?

this is to ask questions and you can do it with blocking ur username or showing them it its a cool feature
