Seriously? It just looks like the author made it fixed width, removed the gradients, darkened it a bit, then added some custom on/off icons.

I believe this theme, and many more, will be available soon in the Extend section (which is yet in development) at MyBB Runway.

Not exactly sure though, Bob (the author) will have to confirm this one.
