Maybe I don't understand what these rescue places are. I assume they are physical location where you would inform people about your forum. I'm suggesting you ask members to do the informing where they live.

Labrador rescues are the english version of the american dog shelters but they only work with labradors i'm not sure if any of the members live near these rescues. and the active members are next to none i think other than me my most active member lives in africa.
