Reupload a new copy of /inc/db_mysql.php from a fresh download, line 1354 is a } not a <?php, sounds like the file's got corrupted when being uploaded.

Make sure you have uploaded all the files, it seems you're missing some files

I would just re-upload everything again, except the install folder. It'll be faster that way than to go checking each and everyone to see if they exist.

Alternatively, if you have access to admincp you could use the file verification under tools menu to check which files are missing, you can ignore the install folder which will show up as missing

okay just finished uploading all of the files again and nothing.
Still getting error 403, forbidden.

Have you renamed your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess?? A 403 Forbidden error is coming from the server, not much we can do about it.

You've done something wrong here though, your files are not in the right place. http://rtnhq.clanteam.com/index.php, http://rtnhq.clanteam.com/online.php, http://rtnhq.clanteam.com/search.php, basically all your files, go to a 404 Not Found error...
