I moved my script with another domain, but now the script refuses to accept the new domain.
It still links all to the old one, even though I have done a replacement through the entire sql backup.

Site is http://www.dutchharbor.co.cc/forum/
I've done a replace all from venise.co.cc to dutchharbor.co.cc
If a staff member can PM me and help me solve this issue.
( Also, I get endlessly logged out on the admin panel... )

Thanks in advance, Robin.
You've not changed your settings... the Board URL needs to be set to http://www.dutchharbor.co.cc/forum but it's set to http://www.venise.co.cc/forum

You also need to set your cookie domain to .dutchharbor.co.cc
I've set the board url towards http://www.dutchharbor.co.cc/forum and the cookie of the domain to .dutchharbor.co.cc .....
So that's why I'm suprised.
In the admin panel it even says so at the board configuration page.
Have you also made the change in the settings.php file
Only changing it in the database will not work, the forum does not get the settings directly from the database, it uses settings.php. If you've made the edits in the database, delete settings.php, it'll regenerate with the correct settings.
If your Admin panel is constantly logging you out then you need to edit settings.php (.inc/settings.php). Enter the cookie details & new board URL so your board is working, then be sure to update it in the Admincp after. Wink
Thanks, topic solved
