Is there any way to change poster's username?
Can I do it via Moderator tools? (I used to have this tool in phpbb3)

It can only be done via the ACP.
ACP > Users & Groups > choose the user, edit their username...

Well, my question was not so clear
Sometimes, I receive an article by email form a user who does not know yet how to post it in the forum
So, as a moderator, I post the message in the appropriate forum, but afterward I need to edit the post to put the original post author name instead of mine
Oh, right, you didn't really explain that... you'll need a plugin to do this.
