I checked the plugin and it is working fine: Make sure you are adding whiletyping.php and whiletyping folder in your ./inc/plugins folder.
Another user has this issue. You'll need to contact the plugin author to see what could be causing the issue.

I looked at the codings of plugin. All of them are looking fine, except in the case where files are uploading. Aries Belgium has uploaded his js and lang files/folders in the same ./inc/plugins/ folder, which is I think confusing users where to upload them.
