Hi

I'm having a problem on my site with Email Notifications

Basically some of the members have turned off the email notifications for new threads/replies etc... however they are still receiving the emails. I have even logged into their account (with their permission) to check the settings and nothing I do seems to stop them

Any help would be much appreciated

If they've still got subscriptions to threads stored in the database, it'll still send them out. The setting in your User CP options will apply to new threads, it won't change the settings for threads you're already subscribed to.
