Good job labrocca. Ill try this out.
however, it would be great to have one without a mybbcentral subscription for people without one. I have one but many do not.

Well..to be fair I did steal your idea but not your project. I didn't even DL your file. I could tell by your description it wasn't efficient. Also this isn't a release thread so imho it's fair game. If you need my file LMK and I'll give you a free copy. I think that's fair.

Because i said i will be making it then Labrocca came along and stole it.

Obviously nothing is stopping you from making this into a plugin and releasing it. You can add more features such as your junk move. Mine has similar concept but operates differently. You junk the post/thread while I disallow it's creation.

Some plugins have multiple versions and approaches. Don't be discouraged by my release. Continue with your plans and make this into a plugin.

I'm just making a small mod now for post count and i found out it skips out the first word so if they start the post with viagra then it will miss it now i've fixed all

Doesn't a plugin uses as much resources as hardcoding it into the files themselve ?

Hard coding is the most efficient for load but it's least efficient for admins to alter core files. You'll need to log all changes and when you upgrade recommit them. So it's not worth it to make core file edits a habit when you can do something as a pure plugin.
