Well, the database stuff is nothing to do with this, we haven't got that far yet, we can't even run any files at the moment, it still just says the files don't exist...

I just put a file called test.php in your root folder, you'll be able to see this when you look in the file system.

However, when you click that link, it says the file isn't found, but you and I can both see it's there.

So this is still on fault of the hosting company correct?

Yes. A file is there, which is nothing to do with MyBB so they can't try and blame us for it, and it just says it doesn't exist. I'd say the domain is setup with a different file system.

Matt, I think you should remove his link for now, and should pm him instead as he is not online and may not aware about this fix .

It's just the URL to the install folder, nobody can do anything with it...
