I know it's been asked dozen times before but I really could NOT
find 'The Solution'.

I want them MSN, Google, Yoohoo- OUT OF MY BOARD!

Disallow:	/forum-dir/

Change /forum-dir/ to whatever your forum is at. and
Save it as robots.txt in your root folder of your host and it should be okey. if you got an subdomain you should just add it to your forum dir, with just an /.
