I keep getting this error, this happens for all plugins. I've also noticed it when I open threads and posts, I sometimes have to fully click the thread again for it to work. Quite annoying, it just hangs for a long time. I optimise the tables daily, so I don't know what else is wrong.

You'll need to ask your host about it, it's losing connection to the server, it shouldn't happen that regularly.
