Looks like you've hit a limit for the number of queries you're allowed to run per hour or something, you'll need to ask your host about this. It says you're only allowed 1 query which is obviously wrong.

Just give them the error and they'll know what to do. It's saying you've hit the limit for the number of queries you can run, but it's only set to 1.
give that screenshot. they will know what to suggest or what to do.
