You don't need moderators if you have nothing to moderate. Also, try and put some effort into your forum before advertising staff positions.

It is just a Default MyBB install. No one is going to sign up when there is nothing.

It's not the theme i am worried about. You have no forums or categories on your site.

lesson 101. Never launch, advertise or do anything else until the website is online and complete with a theme + forums.

There is nothing to moderate, and unless you're hiring them I doubt you can put a request for members out.
