How would I make it so that when someone donates they automatically get a donor rank, but if they try and claim the money back it will remove their rank? Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure about it moving them back if they claim the money back, though you could do that as soon as you got online.

That plugin requires the admin to manually move users to the donor group iirc. There is a plugin at MyBB Central (requires a subscription to the site), but that will automatically move users to the donor rank. I don't think any plugin could do the money back thing though.
