Its referral url would be http://yoursite.com/myref.php I guess or whatever,it would be shown in usercp,just add that link to your header spot with Referral name and it would do!

ive already got a referal page im using Easy Refer 2.0 but it only shows in user cp i want it to show in index so what script do i have to had to index template

Use the following link and add on index template, where ever you want to show referral link;

http://mysite/forum/member.php?action=register&referrer={$mybb->user['uid']}
